Hello - I am looking for clarification on wholesale contracts. Each agreement instance which i've witnessed has 3 events: Seller, Assignee and Buyer. If I realize the process accurately, I, as being the Assignee, will initially enter into a deal with the vendor. Then later enter right into a deal with a Buyer and produce The 2 alongside one another
